Racial Justice
If you are looking for materials for a racial justice program,
here are several resources to help you with your planning.
Because We Believe…
United Methodist Women is deeply committed to the ongoing work of racial justice. We seek to be in right relationship with one another. We work together for the transformation of church and world, following the teaching and example of Jesus Christ.
General Commission on Religion and Race of the United Methodist Church
R-Squared — a resource hub by GCORR — challenges and equips leaders in the church and beyond to dismantle racism in all its forms. We do this by championing diversity, equity, and inclusion; developing interculturally competent leaders; and catalyzing authentic community.
EOC Black Clergy Share Their Experiences of Race and Ministry
The East Ohio Conference Black Pastors' Fellowship and the office of Multicultural Vitality have produced a new video series aimed at creating discussion and moving all of us towards racial justice. Each video is accompanied by questions to be answered either for personal reflection or as part of small group discussions.
