Mission u is United Methodist Women’s premier educational event. It is offered in conferences around the country, and attended by more than 20,000 annually. In West Ohio, Mission u is co-sponsored by West Ohio United Methodist Women and West Ohio United Methodist Church, and held annually on the beautiful campus of Otterbein University in Westerville.

At Mission u, participants study current issues impacting society, with particular attention to the responsibilities of women in fulfilling the mission work of the church. It provides an opportunity for all to grow in faith, hope, and love in action. Both members and non-members of UMW are encouraged to attend. CEU Credits for clergy and lay servants are available for participation. Contact the Certification Board for verification.

Mission u has something for everyone—adults, youth, and children; male or female. An immersive four-day program is offered, as well as a one day sampler. And there are age-appropriate programs and activities for youth and children. We invite you to grow with us in learning and understanding the mission of the church through study, worship, music, fellowship, and prayer. Come join us for an experience like no other of learning and spiritual renewal.
