Deadlines, Cancellations, etc.

  • Please register each adult separately. Children must be registered and accompanied by a parent/guardian; youth may register and attend without an adult.

  • Register early, classes are limited. Registrations received after the deadline will be wait-listed and honored if there are cancellations. 

  • Scholarship Applications must be received by June 1.

  • Registration and payment must be received by July 3. 

  • All fees include a non-refundable administrative fee of $50.00.

  • Conference and district officers whose fee is paid by United Methodist Women are required to pay the administrative fee at the time of registration.

  • Cancellation Notice: Please be mindful that we incur costs due to contractual obligations. If cancelled before the registration deadline, fees will be refunded, less the $50 administrative fee. No refund will be made after the deadline. 

  • Online payments are processed through PayPal. You may also register online and mail your payment if you prefer. Select Offline Payment at checkout.

  • For mail-in registrations, print and complete the registration form and mail with your payment to the registrar. Make checks payable to Mission u.
